Privacy Policy

Santa Rosa Campground & RV Park (“we”, “us”) runs santarosacampground.com. This page explains what information the website collects, why, and the choices you have.

Information you give us

• Reserve Now requests. If you use the “Reserve Now” form, we collect your name, phone number and any optional details you add (such as your email address, arrival and departure dates, rig type and length, and notes) so we can call you back to complete your reservation. The form is delivered to our email inbox by Web3Forms, a form-processing service.
• Email and phone. If you email or call us, we receive the information you choose to share.
• Newsletter. If you subscribe to our email newsletter, your email address is collected and stored by Beehiiv, the newsletter platform we use. Every newsletter has an unsubscribe link.

We use this information only to answer you, handle your reservation or order, and send the newsletter if you asked for it. We do not sell your personal information.

Analytics and advertising

We use Google Analytics 4 to understand how visitors use the site (for example, which pages are viewed and how often the phone number is tapped), and Google Ads to measure whether our ads lead to calls or call-back requests. These tools use cookies or similar technology and may collect your IP address, device and browser type, and pages visited. Google processes this data under its own privacy policy. We don’t sell your information, and we don’t show a cookie banner.

• Visitors from the European Economic Area, the UK and Switzerland: analytics and advertising cookies are off by default.
• Everyone else: they are on by default, and you can turn them off below at any time.
• If your browser sends a Global Privacy Control signal, we treat it as “off”.

Your choices

• You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings.
• You can opt out of Google Analytics with the Google Analytics opt-out add-on (opens in a new tab), and manage ad personalization in Google’s My Ad Center (opens in a new tab).
• You can unsubscribe from the newsletter at any time using the link in any issue.
• You can ask us to update or delete information you sent us by emailing contact@santarosacampground.com.
